Bí đỏ gọt vỏ, rửa sạch. Dùng dao bào bào theo chiều dọc miếng bí, bào khoảng 20 lát để dùng cuộn cơm. Phần còn lại cắt nhuyễn.

Tôm tươi lột vỏ, cắt miếng nhỏ vừa ăn, ướp với 1/2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm.

Đun nóng 1/2 muỗng canh dầu ăn, ốp la 1 trứng gà rồi cắt thành sợi. Khoai tây gọt vỏ, cắt hạt lựu thật nhuyễn.

Phi thơm 1 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm với 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho bí đỏ và khoai tây và xào.

Cho cơm vào, trộn đều rồi trút tôm và trứng cắt sợi vào, nêm 1/2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm cho vừa ăn rồi tắt bếp.

Cuốn tròn những lát bí đỏ vào khay nướng rồi múc cơm đã chiên vào.

Đặt khay vào lò nướng ở 180 độ C trong khoảng 10-15 phút là được.
